The ClearText XPRO CNC machine, utilises latest technology to produce this high specification product, that is capable of producing pen plot drawings, sample making in both solid carton and cardboard substrates, as well as producing cut rubber pieces to suit all dies for both flatbed and rotary segments.

The ClearTech XPRO has a powerful vacuum pump system which combined with zoned control of where this vacuum is applied on the table surface produces a strong and positive holding force for any substrate being used. This results in an accurate, drawing/cut that matches the CAD file output.

The ClearTech XPRO has a multi-functional head with pen, creasing wheel, drag knife and oscillating knife feature as well as a laser pointer and on/off light function.

Pen plot using standard fisher space pen refills, you can draw on drafting films to create all layouts as well as producing all patch up sheets utilising standard papers.

Sample making with drag knife and oscillating knife options you can design and cut all sample types in solid carton boards and corrugated boards where the creasing wheel feature produces the ideal folding line, perfect for all designers with full control of theZ-axis from the touch screen control panel you can alter the pressure on the creasing wheel to suit.
