C&T is proud to be a manufacturer and supplier of a huge range of ejection rubbers for both solid board and corrugated applications. As well as extruding our own profile rubbers, such as the world-renowned Sprintrubba, we are also a leading supplier of sheet rubber variations such as open cell, closed cell and polyurethane sheets.
Sprint Balance Pro
Sprint Balance Pro has been designed to replace the traditional balancing method on a die board using rule. Very simply, where you would calculate rulesrepalce with a a single strip of rubber.
Sprintrubba
Solid carton board - Used to assist combatting board swarf (fragmentation), the Sprintrubba profile also supports the board on common cuts (where cartons are butted together or share the same rule) Also reduces the need for “nicks”.
When used in conjunction with our Sprintcell rubber range, the Sprintrubba profile range offers the perfect combination of performance and platen speed that enhances your die and die cutting process.
Sprint Trapezium
Corrugated board - Used to assist combatting board swarf (fragmentation), the Trapezium profile also supports the liners on common cuts (where cartons are butted together or share the same rule).
When used in conjunction with our Sprintcell rubber range the Trapezium profile range offers the perfect combination of performance and platen speed that enhances your die and die cutting process.
Solid carton board – Works well on window cut outs or areas where you need to reduce bruising of the printed surface.
