I have worked for C&T Matrix for 10 years, having joined the business after leaving school. I have grown with the business as my experience has developed.
I started at C&T as an Office Administrator, assisting the finance department and purchasing teams. Over the past 10 years the business has supported me through mentoring and numerous courses and qualifications and I completed my CIMA qualification in 2017.
With this qualification and work experience, I was fortunate enough to be offered a sabbatical to our sister company CCM in the USA for 15 months. This opportunity helped me to develop even further both professionally and personally. Safe to say I am now a hardcore Packers, Caps and Chick Fil A Fan!!
My current role is Finance Director for C&T Matrix International and my job is to work with and assist our teams around the world to provide the best information to our management teams.
Which leads me to our teams. I couldn’t ask for a better team to collaborate with, from new starters to colleagues who have been in our business for over 20 years. Our business core values have been adopted throughout our business which has a significant positive impact on our working culture.
